 How about building an R/C boat for yourself
  Our captains always have projects underway, some build from kits, some build from scratch.  Most of our boats use electric motors for propulsion with a few using steam engines.  For anyone starting out wishing to build a R/C boat but not sure what to start with we have many suggestions depending on what you are interested in boating.  There are many wonderful kits on the market and we are always willing to help out with pointers and ideas on how to build your boat.  Below are a few pictures of the IJN Yamato boat under construction.
